The flower
The flower is crafted by shaping individual EVA foam petals by hand. Every piece is heated, folded, and assembled to create a compact, precise, and natural form, with careful attention to the central opening and the balance between layers.
We shape each petal one by one to give the flower volume and structure. The edges are hand-finished to achieve a clean line, free of smudges or excess thickness, maintaining harmony in size, curvature, and proportion.
EVA foam is shaped and hand-painted to create thin, well-defined petals. The finished flower is built with a stable structure, carefully balancing the symmetry of the head and the compactness of the form, avoiding irregularities or unnatural folds.
The internal stem is made of galvanized iron to ensure stability. It is hand-covered with shaped EVA rubber. The leaves are individually cut and shaped, with heat-pressed veins to create a clean and well-proportioned form.
